SixtyFifteen

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy covers the SixtyFifteen iOS app and explains how information is handled when you use the app or contact support.

Information We Collect

SixtyFifteen works offline and does not require an account. The developer does not collect or receive data stored by the app.

Local App Data

SixtyFifteen stores its app data locally on your device. This information can include timer state, focus-session history, optional intentions or topics, categories, interruption counts, focus-quality ratings, app preferences, and statistics derived from your sessions.

Data can be shared locally between the main SixtyFifteen app and its extensions using Apple's App Group storage. This allows related app features to access the information they need on your device; it does not send that data to the developer.

Apple System Features

SixtyFifteen can use Apple system features such as notifications, widgets, Live Activities, Siri, and Shortcuts. The developer does not receive your app data through these features. Apple may process information associated with its platforms and services under Apple's own privacy practices.

Data Sharing

The developer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share data stored by SixtyFifteen. If you contact support, information in that correspondence can be disclosed only when required by law, to comply with a valid legal process, or to protect applicable legal rights. This does not apply to app data stored locally on your device because the developer does not possess that data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local app records remain on your device until you delete them using available app features or remove the app. Retention and deletion can also be affected by your device, iCloud, and backup settings, which are controlled by you and Apple.

Support Communications

If you contact support, the developer receives the email address, message, attachments, and device or app information you voluntarily provide. This information is used only to answer your request, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. It is not sold.

You can request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing sobanmuhammad26@icloud.com, subject to information that must be retained for legal or security purposes.

Website Hosting

The SixtyFifteen website is hosted using GitHub Pages. Visits to this website may also be governed by GitHub's privacy practices. The website does not include analytics, advertising, cookies added by the developer, or tracking scripts.

Children's Privacy

SixtyFifteen does not collect personal information through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a support communication, contact the developer to request its deletion.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be revised when the app changes or when legal and operational requirements evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
