Privacy Policy

Information you may enter

You may voluntarily enter an item title or name, category, personal note, optional web link, Found via source, and With and When contexts. The app also stores Queue and Up Next status and order, creation and update timestamps, Tried date, optional reaction, and optional personal review note. This information can reveal personal preferences, but the developer does not receive it.

Local storage

Zuqori stores Queue items locally on your iPhone using Apple SwiftData. Appearance and Up Next limit preferences use Apple UserDefaults. Zuqori has no account, login, registration, backend, or server. The developer cannot remotely view, recover, modify, or delete information stored on your device.

Data collection, tracking, and sharing

Zuqori and MD SOBAN JAWAID do not collect or transmit app data, sell or share personal information, or track users across apps or websites. Zuqori has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, data brokers, remote configuration, or external recommendation service. It contains no third-party SDKs, libraries, frameworks, or APIs.

The app’s privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data.

System frameworks and internet access

The release app uses Apple system frameworks only, including SwiftUI, UIKit, SwiftData, Foundation, and CoreTransferable. There are no embedded third-party frameworks or third-party APIs.

Core organizer functionality works without an internet connection. Internet access is relevant only when you deliberately open a saved external link or visit the Zuqori website, Privacy Policy, or Support page.

User-entered links

You may save a web link and deliberately choose Open Link. Zuqori does not automatically fetch the saved link or retrieve content from it. The link opens outside Zuqori using Apple’s system behavior. The external destination may require an internet connection and has its own terms and privacy practices, which Zuqori does not control.

Storage and synchronization

Zuqori does not provide its own backup, export, import, cloud storage, or synchronization service. Information entered in Zuqori is stored locally using Apple’s on-device storage technologies.

Apple device backups

Apple’s operating system may include local app data in device or iCloud backups, depending on your Apple settings. These processes are controlled by Apple and you, not by Zuqori. Zuqori does not provide or control its own backup service and cannot guarantee backup or restoration through Apple’s services.

Retention and deletion

Locally stored information remains on the device until you delete individual items, remove the app and its local data, erase the device, or the information is otherwise removed through Apple’s operating-system controls.

Deleting Zuqori normally deletes its local app data, subject to any restoration Apple may provide through your device or iCloud backup settings. Because Zuqori does not operate an account or backend server, the developer cannot remotely view, recover, modify, or delete information stored on your device.

Permissions

Zuqori does not require location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Bluetooth, health, tracking, or notification permission.

Additional product transparency

Zuqori has no AI, automatic App Store review-request flow, advertisements, subscriptions, in-app purchases, accounts, or login gates. Zuqori has no review-specific behavior, secret or review-specific gestures, remote feature flags, downloaded executable code, server-controlled content, or reviewer-specific configuration. Core functionality is available through the normal user interface without special reviewer configuration.

Security

Zuqori relies on protections provided by iOS and your device. Protect your device with a passcode. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
