Zuqori Support
Zuqori is a private, offline iPhone organizer with one list for everything to try.
Adding and editing
How do I add something?
Tap the visible + button in Queue, or choose Add Something when the Queue is empty. Enter a required title and choose Movie, TV Show, Book, Game, Restaurant / Food, Place, Activity, or Other. TV Show is selected by default for a new item.
You may also add a personal note, web link, Found via source, With context (Me, Partner, Family, Friends, or Kids), and When context (Tonight, Weekend, After Work, Holiday, Date Night, or Someday).
How do I edit an item?
Open any Queue or Tried item and select Edit Details. You can edit its title, category, note, link, source, With contexts, and When contexts.
How do I dismiss the keyboard?
Select the visible Done action above the keyboard. It is available while entering a title, note, link, custom source, or personal review note. You can also dismiss the keyboard interactively by scrolling.
Queue and Up Next
How do I find and organize saved items?
Queue shows your waiting-item count and waiting-time text such as Added today, Waiting 7 days, or Waiting 2 months. Search across saved information, filter by category, and sort by Recently Added, Oldest, or A–Z. Swipe actions and item details provide visible controls to mark an item Tried, move it to or from Up Next, or delete it.
How does Up Next work?
Up Next is a user-managed shortlist. Set its limit from 1 to 10 in Settings; the limit cannot be reduced below the number of current Up Next items. Search and category filters also apply to visible Up Next items. If the shortlist is full, Zuqori asks you to remove an item or increase the limit.
How do I reorder Up Next?
To reorder Up Next, press and hold the visible Drag control beside an item, then move it up or down. Tapping the item card opens its details. VoiceOver users can use the Move Up and Move Down actions.
Pick for Me
How does Pick for Me work?
Pick for Me makes a local, non-AI random selection from eligible names already saved in your Queue. It does not contact a server, use an external recommendation service, recommend internet content, or include items already Tried or in Up Next.
How do the Type filters work?
Anything includes all categories. Watch includes Movie and TV Show, Read includes Book, Eat includes Restaurant / Food, Play includes Game, and Go includes Place and Activity. Category matching is strict.
How do With and When filters work?
Specific choices use exact matching. Anyone means no With restriction, and Any means no When restriction. A specific With or When choice appears only when that metadata exists among eligible items for the selected Type.
Why are some With or When choices missing?
Zuqori shows only choices that can match an eligible saved item for the current Type. Add that context to an eligible item or choose another Type to make other choices available.
Why did Pick for Me return no results?
Zuqori explains whether no saved item matches your choices or whether every matching item is already Tried or in Up Next. Change the Type, With, or When filters, or add another eligible item.
What do Another and Let’s Do It do?
Another selects another eligible saved item. Let’s Do It moves the selected item into Up Next, subject to the configured Up Next limit.
Tried history
How do I mark something as Tried?
Use the Tried swipe action from Queue or open the item and select Mark as Tried. After marking an item as Tried, you can optionally select a reaction, add a personal review note, or do both. Select “Save Without Reaction” to save a review note without choosing a reaction. On the item’s detail screen, the reaction and personal review note are shown independently.
How do I add, edit, or remove a reaction or review?
Open a Tried item. Choose Add Reaction or Review when neither exists, or Edit Reaction or Review when one already exists. Select Loved it, It was okay, or Not for me; add or edit an optional personal review note; choose Save Without Reaction when no reaction is selected; or choose Remove Reaction to remove an existing reaction. These are your private entries, not ratings supplied by Zuqori or third-party reviews.
How do I move an item back to Queue?
Open the Tried item and select Move Back to Queue. This clears its Tried date, reaction, and review note before returning it to Queue.
How do Tried filters work?
The Tried heading is “Look back at your picks and reactions.” Search your history and use two independent filter rows. Reaction choices are All, Loved it, It was okay, and Not for me. Category choices are All, Movie, Shows, Book, Game, Food, Place, Activity, and Other. Reaction and category selections can be combined. Clear Filters resets the reaction, category, and search when selected filters produce no results.
Appearance and privacy
How do I change the appearance?
System is the default appearance. Light and Dark can also be selected in Settings. The selected appearance applies to both the splash screen and the main app interface.
What else is available in Settings?
Settings includes the Up Next limit, visible links to the Zuqori website, Privacy Policy, and Support page, the app version and build, and the About text “One list for everything to try.”
Where is my information stored?
Queue items are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple SwiftData. Appearance and Up Next limit preferences use Apple UserDefaults. Zuqori has no account, backend, analytics, advertising, tracking, or external recommendation service.
Does Zuqori download the things I save?
No. Zuqori helps you save only the names of movies, books, TV shows, games, places, and more—not the content itself. It does not automatically retrieve content, artwork, descriptions, ratings, or reviews.
Does Zuqori work offline?
Core organizer functionality works without an internet connection. Internet access is relevant only when you deliberately open a saved external link or visit the website, Privacy Policy, or Support page from Settings.
Data availability
Does Zuqori provide backup or synchronization?
No. Zuqori V1 does not provide built-in backup, export, import, cloud storage, or synchronization. Information is stored locally on the device. Apple’s operating system may include app data in device or iCloud backups depending on the user’s Apple settings, but Zuqori does not control or guarantee that process.
Can the developer recover my deleted information?
No. Zuqori does not have user accounts or a backend copy of your Queue. The developer cannot access or recover information stored locally on your device.
What happens if I delete Zuqori?
Deleting the app normally removes its local app data from the device. Whether Apple can restore app data from an existing device or iCloud backup depends on the user’s Apple backup settings and Apple’s services. Zuqori does not provide a separate restoration service.
